INTRODUCTORY COURSE (12 Feb’2014)
Electron microscopic characterization of materials using Scanning electron microscope is planned for school students on the opening day of the workshop. For this course, maximum of four students at the higher secondary level with an accompanying teacher is allowed to participate from each school. Maximum strength for the first day event is limited to 150. The program involves lectures by experts in the morning session followed by demonstration & Quiz on the subject of electron microscope in the afternoon. The introductory course of the workshop will give the students an opportunity to interact with the experts and peers.
